Golden acre cabbage microgreens contain a high sulforaphane content and boast a mild broccoli flavor. Cabbage grows quickly and turns greener faster then most other microgreens. It's full of nutrients and vitamins and can be used as a base for any microgreen salad. 22.99 USD
Red cabbage grows beautiful little red and violet stems with a variety of shades of green leaves. This is a very popular microgreen to add to mixes. This green pairs really well with other radish or brassica micros and it makes for a beautiful garnish.

Red Pak Choy is a fast growing microgreen with a unique flavor profile. This micro is a part of the cabbage family with a mild, earthy flavor which pairs well with salads and has a nice crips bite. This green is loaded with vitamin C, K, E, Betacarotene and iron. 22.99 USD

Wasabi mustard has large green leaves with wavy edges and a fun wasabi-like bite. Easy to grow, this mustard is also cold hardy and vigorous. Sprouts
This green shoot has a beautiful texture and crunch. Its been a favorite of Tiny Leaf for a long time, we started growing this green in a window on a yacht long before Tiny Leaf was even a dream. It has a sweet flavor and beautifully garnishes a dish. The characteristics can change from harvest to harvest, some shoots develop tendrils and others may not. 28.99 USD

We have a limited supply of edible flowers. Stocks do vary quite a bit so please reach out to us before placing any orders online. We grow a variety of pentas, marigolds, snap dragons, nasturtium flower, African purple basil flower, butterfly pea flower, dianthus, clover and violas (colors and stock vary weekly/seasonally).
